Our staff enjoys not a mere charge to build quality relationships with students, but the right atmosphere in which these can be forged and sustained, including a resolve to maintain ideal student-to-teacher ratios and small class sizes. A true emphasis is placed on encouraging and maintaining an ideal work-life balance where God is prioritized above all else, and family roles come before work roles.
