Marion Dalrymple
Director | Temple Weekday Preschool
Minister | Sunday Morning Preschool
Marion has been a member of Temple for over 25 years. She has served as the Weekday Preschool Director for 20 years and the Minister of Preschoolers for 12 years.
Her greatest passion is teaching little ones about Jesus and being the director of the preschool has been "one of the greatest gifts she has ever been given!"
Marion is also very passionate about Temple's Africa Outreach Ministry, where she has served in Tanzania as the Children's Ministry Leader for 8 years. The opportunity to impact the lives of so many African children has been a high point of her ministry.
Marion and her husband Steve enjoy traveling and spending time with their 3 granddaughters Brynley, Amelia, and Andie.
Kim Ramsey
Assistant Director | Weekday Preschool
After moving to several states, Kim returned to New Bern, where her family has lived for over 250 years. She has been an active member of Temple Church since 2019, serving in small group ministry, women’s ministry, and children’s ministry. She has also had the incredible experience of participating in the Africa mission trip several times.
She is blessed to have homeschooled her beautiful daughter, Corrine, who is now a student at Patrick Henry College. Her greatest joy has been knowing and following Jesus and witnessing Corrine come to know the Lord at a young age and grow into a spiritually mature young woman.
Kim enjoys her position at the preschool. Though it came through unexpected circumstances, God has turned it into a blessing. Working as the assistant director has been a wonderful gift in her life. She also adores her Preschool Director.

Temple Church has preschool and nursery available for families attending small groups at 9:00 am.
Sundays at 10:30am
During our main worship service at 10:30 am, we have nursery available as well as a preschool service.

Temple Preschool is a place where children can begin to build friendships and grow their understanding of God's love for them through our creative lessons, worship, and hands on activities.
